What is everyone's plan's for this friday, are you all hanging about for the duration or it is a flying visit just to get mapped and leave?
The reason i ask, i got an appointment for an x ray in bloody oban for 9am on the 29th (how typical! ) so i wont get their until around 12 and that will be me kicking the nut's out my wee petrol to make it then but i would not miss it for the world :)

Where abouts do you stay m8 cause getting from Oban to Auchinleck by 12 means defo kickin the crap out of your car.:o

What route are you taking m8, if it were me I'd probs come down through the outskirts of Dumbarton over the Erskine bridge and head down the M8 instead of making your way over onto the M74 like I had said on VXR online(I didn't know you were coming from as far over.:o
yeah erskine bridge then onto the 77, i reckon this will be quicker :)

You can't really describe 400lbs of torque till you feel it m8, you won't regret it.;)
wil be there for most of the day as well steven and really canny wait as davie says when your running about in a van all week then jumping into the vxr it does feel like a rocket so 300+bhp and 400 lb/ft must feel balistic:D

im absolutely gutted at missing out on this but really looking forward too seeing the results guys

I was meant to be in for another xray on my fecked knee on friday morning in Oban but i managed to change it to thursday, so i will be down around 10ish - getting excited now*lol*
We will be there around 10 too, super excited, 3 days to go
I would be more excited if it was a VXR i was getting mapped after getting a hurl in Jon's estate:cool:im semi excited about getting mine done as its only another 36Bhp and 65Nm...

36bhp is a good jump m8 so is 65nm, you will really enjoy it, remember the Astra VXR boys all rave about there cars when they get Stage 1 and the bhp increase is nigh on identical for both.:D
Still a hell of a difference on the road Steven, especially third upwards :D

I know m8 but what I mean is your jumping a similar amount 36bhp and 65nm.:D
I bet you notice a big difference between 180 and 215bhp.:p

Not long in the door guy's and im one happy bunny after a nice run home:D it was hard to appreciate the map on my car after going in the monster vxr of davie's - what a bloody machine*lol* but i soon realised when going along Loch Lomond that my wee car was going well, far better than before so im one happy customer:D

Top day out and good to catch up with everyone , face is scarlet with the sun and I'm over the moon with the car just doesnt stop pulling:D . This morning my range stated 280 miles ..... now down at 70 and I've only done 30 odd miles lol
