As most of you know im getting my old 2.0T remapped this friday by Thorney motorsport, i got a RR result a year or so ago of the old girl and thought i would post it up, i will compare this once the car has been mapped and rolled:D

im really looking forward too the results of the remap big guy and as i said to you on the phone im just gutted i cant get it done aswell especially at that price but one day i will!

Been running mine on the standard map for a while, but choking to put stage 1 back on and as long as the clutch plays the game I'll be leaving it at that.

I did swither only today about going for the BSR Mark but slotted in for my map now so im happy:)
Why dont you punt the BSR and make some cash on it??:)
Would be too much of a loss then all the bother when they can't get it to work. Moaned at BSR about switiching it and got ****** off by them, even If I bought a new motor they wouldn't switch it. The exhaust might be going though to make a few quid as it's not really needed performance wise any more.
If I we're going to do it all again, I wouldn't get the BSR TBH;)

is that possible though i thought that kind of system was tied in with the vin number of the car so you could map another car with it?
I swithered for a long time as you know and i could not justify the extra £250 for the BSR over a superchip's remap, my car is out of warranty so TBH i dont care anymore about that side of things. BSR was still on my mind recently due to the upgrade's but after seeing Duncan's figure's i thought feck than, not wasting my money and if i wanted a faster car i would just buy one:)

Thought BSR might have gotten as liberal as Blufin but sounds like not!:(

Did he do another RR run? Not had a look around for a while, make very few posts. Stage 1 was the big punt, after that it was minor improvements, which I knew when I was in his car as it just didn't feel fast. Still got sucked into it though.
Around 207 BHP and 260 odd LB/ft IIRC so not worth the cash from my view - Superchips/Thorney here i come*lol*
