and surprise surprise its no fixed lol, well grinding noise is but aircon and brakes arent! as far as i know the fault lies with supplying dealer which was arnold clark vauxhall in stirling who are refusing too cover cost of repairs ie new rear discs and pads and aircon recharge which would according too arnies pricelist be £94+vat and whatever the bill for brakes on top ,tbh im kicking myself for not returning the car troo the tw4ts but i put it off and put it off as i just diont trust these cowboys,the car was supposed too have been serviced before i got it but theres just no way its been done as theres no evidence of it and if it had been then brake pads would have been renewed and at vfery least air filter replaced! so if any of the guys that work for arnies,vardys,halshaw etc frequent these forums and read posts,take on board what myself and other guys complain about, which is TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE! we buy loads of cars from you so can you kindly make sure that said cars are of a proper roadworthy condition before wee take delivery! it would save alot of hassle and bad feedback for your companies but if you are anything like your salesmen then sadly you wont give a f3ck which saddens me! rant over:mad:

As said today mate when I seen you at Davie's. Once you buy it their not interested in anything else.

Not so good to hear mate..i know one of the mechanics in stirling and hes a top guy..cant fault his work.but to be honest most places tell them what and what not to do so they do it...as their job is on the line otherwise...although thats not an excuse..

Salesmen will happily take your cash,set you up finance etc.. but when it runs into problesm they dont want to know..because the fact is they dont know what to do..which is unfortunate for us customers.

tbh scott if i didny love the car soo much id be furious but if i do it myself or use trusted mates/garages too sort out glitches then i can be assured its done right and not a "corners cut job"

appreciate that chris mate and i know they do what they are told its just the overall attitude of these w4nk salesman and lets be honest they are w4nks,i phoned the stirling branch today too speak too w4nk salesman and he didny even have the spine too phone me back,even arnies at tollcross where car was had a problem getting thru too this branch and at some point they must surely think hang on we are messing people about but alas im being nieve again lol

You have your wee VX tech not far from you do you not or the wee man but this would come out your pocket instead o their's:(

Also you should still be covered by the VX warranty, surely a call to the customer service's to kick their backside's?
